Cancellation
If you are unable to attend your massage appointment and would like to avoid paying a cancellation fee, we require 24 hours notice.
Billing
Lanz Massage
is a Preferred Provider for most major insurance companies and will bill
your insurance company directly. A prescription/referral from your physician
may be needed before treatment.
Discounts
are also available for "block of four plus" massages.
